About aau9 — Built for Bangladesh's Online Players

Who We Are

aau9 was built with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players access to a world-class online gaming experience without the barriers that have historically made international platforms inconvenient for this market. Before aau9, players in Dhaka and Chittagong who wanted to enjoy live casino games, slots, or cricket betting had to contend with dollar-denominated platforms, slow international wire transfers, and customer support teams who had no understanding of the Bangladesh market. aau9 was designed to solve every one of those problems from the ground up.

The platform launched with a BDT-native cashier as its first and most important feature. Every deposit and withdrawal at aau9 is processed in Bangladeshi Taka — no conversion, no forex fees, no waiting for international settlement windows. Players in Sylhet can deposit via bKash in seconds and see that balance reflected in their casino account immediately. Players in Khulna can withdraw winnings to Nagad and have funds in their wallet within minutes of the request being processed. This level of localisation was not available anywhere else in the market when aau9 launched, and it remains the platform's most important differentiator today.

Since that launch, aau9 has expanded its game library to more than 1,000 titles from some of the most respected providers in the industry — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi among them. The sports betting section has grown to cover BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, the Bangladesh Tigers' international fixtures, Premier League and Champions League football, kabaddi, and more. Through all of that growth, the platform's founding principle has not changed: aau9 exists to serve Bangladeshi players, and every decision — from which games to add to how the cashier works — is made with the Bangladesh market in mind.

Our Mission

aau9 exists to make world-class online gaming genuinely accessible for every adult player in Bangladesh.

Our mission at aau9 is straightforward: remove the friction that has always stood between Bangladeshi players and the kind of online casino experience that players in other markets take for granted. That means a cashier that speaks BDT natively, a game library that is genuinely curated rather than simply large, a mobile interface that works on the devices that real Bangladesh players actually use — Android phones on Grameenphone, Robi, and Banglalink — and customer support that understands the context of a player calling from Rajshahi or Barisal, not just a generic English-language chat template.

aau9 also believes that transparency is a mission-level commitment, not a marketing bullet point. The platform publishes RTP figures for every game. Wagering requirements on bonuses are stated clearly before a player claims anything. Withdrawal timelines are published and adhered to. When something goes wrong — as it sometimes does on any technology platform — aau9's support team provides honest information about timelines and resolutions rather than scripted holding messages. This approach to transparency has built aau9's reputation among Bangladesh players faster than any promotional campaign could have.

What Makes aau9 Different

Six key reasons why Bangladesh players choose aau9 over other online gaming platforms.

Who We Serve

aau9 is built for adult Bangladeshi players aged 21 and above who want a reliable, enjoyable online gaming experience without the complications that come with international platforms. The platform's primary audience spans players in major cities — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi — as well as players in smaller cities and towns across Rangpur, Barisal, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar who have historically been underserved by platforms not localised for Bangladesh. Every feature on aau9 — from the cashier to the game lobby to the customer support workflow — has been designed with this audience as the first and only priority.

aau9 also serves players who value the flexibility of playing on their own schedule. The platform is available around the clock — there are no maintenance windows during BPL match evenings, no cashier downtime over Eid weekend, and no peak-traffic degradation during the IPL season. Players in Bangladesh have unpredictable schedules — late-night sessions after work, a few rounds during a lunch break in Motijheel, or an evening of live casino from home in Uttara. aau9 is built to be there whenever those moments arrive, on whatever network is available.

Payments Built for Bangladesh

aau9 accepts the payment methods that Bangladesh players actually use — no international bank accounts or credit cards required.

Every payment method at aau9 is integrated natively — deposits post to your balance in seconds, and withdrawals are initiated in real time without batch-processing delays. The platform does not impose a minimum withdrawal threshold that makes it impractical to access small winnings. Whether you are withdrawing ৳500 or ৳50,000, the process is the same and the timeline is the same. This approach to cashier design reflects aau9's broader commitment to treating Bangladesh players with the same respect and practicality that players in any other market receive.

Our Responsible Gaming Commitment

aau9's responsible gaming programme is not a legal disclaimer — it is a core part of how the platform operates. Every registered player has access to deposit limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion tools directly from their account settings. These controls take effect immediately when activated; there is no waiting period and no support request required. A player in Dhaka who decides at 11pm on a Thursday that they want to limit their weekly spend can do so in under a minute, and the limit will be in force for the rest of that week from the moment they save the setting.

aau9 is committed to ensuring that gaming remains entertainment for its players rather than becoming a source of financial or personal harm. The platform's support team is trained to identify and assist players who may be showing signs of problem gambling, and the responsible gaming page on aau9 provides detailed guidance on managing gaming habits, recognising warning signs, and accessing additional help if needed. aau9 will never market aggressively to players who have self-excluded or who have indicated that they wish to reduce their gaming activity. For players aged 21 and above only.
